> **Puntos a favor**: OneDrive is the perfect tool for our organization to keep us all connected as we are very spread out.  We have 5 locations in the Town Center of our City as well as 5 locations at the oceanfront.  Additionally we have an Upper Management location plus corporate.  OneDrive allows us to share reports, audits, word documents, spreadsheets and interact with them, all from the comfort of our own offices.  It is incredibly convenient and easy to use.

> I have loved working with OneDrive.  I am an auditor and I create spreadsheets to track my various audits for our operation, as well as complete audit reporting documents for every camera audit that I do to monitor our frontline staff.  OneDrive has made it possible for me to complete all my tasks and ensure that they are readily available to my upline as well as frontline supervisors and managers so that they can track their teams performance, compliance, and disciplinary events.  I love that I can open my folders on my thumb drive, open OneDrive, and simply drag a file or PDF from one to the other.  Easy peezy.  I also can invite others in my organization to share a file and I have complete control over whether they can edit or simply view the file.  This keeps control in my hands (or in the hands of the creator of the file) but gives access across our organization to anyone with the link.  We have been using OneDrive for about 10 years now and we love it\!

The service offers about 15gb of free space, and has different pay options for more storage. The upload of files and documents is easy, and integrated in the OS. The files can easily transfer from the cloud to the computer, and very fast, but it does require you to actively do this. If you are without internet for whatever reason, you are going to be locked out of your files.

> **Puntos en contra**: It is set to on by default, this can be a problem for some user, especially those not as tech savvy. Having to turn it off, or to set local storage as your default is a great downside.

> Overall is a great cloud storage, but I think it can do better with the OS integration, and the default settings.
